His deep understanding of North India and Uttarakhand further strengthens Trevon’s vision for strategic growth in key regions.

Ruhit Sangwan
Co-Founder and Joint Director
Ruhit Sangwan brings global perspective and business expertise to Trevon Hotels & Resorts, backed by academic credentials from leading universities in the USA and UK and professional experience with Fortune 500 companies. Having successfully owned and operated hotel properties in the United States, he holds deep insights into international hospitality standards and operational excellence. As Director, his focus is on introducing global best practices and positioning Trevon as a benchmark for quality, consistency, and guest-centric service in the mid and upper-midscale segments.

Rakesh Chaturvedi

Rakesh Chaturvedi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Trevon Hotels & Resorts, is a seasoned hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience in hotel operations, strategic planning, and brand development. He has held senior roles with renowned brands such as Clarks Hotels, Spree Hotels, and Berkshire Hathaway, contributing to the growth of hotel chains across India. Known for his forward-looking approach and operational expertise, he now drives Trevon’s vision and expansion, positioning it as a leading name in India’s mid and upper-midscale segment.

Jay Nair brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, combining passion with professionalism in every role. Having worked with leading international and domestic brands, he has consistently driven performance, enhanced guest experiences, and delivered sustainable growth. At Trevon Hotels & Resorts, he oversees hotel sales, operations, and overall business management, with a forward-looking approach that continues to set new benchmarks in the industry.

Rohit Srivastava
Vice President - Operation
A seasoned hospitality professional, Rohit Srivastava carries 24 years of experience in hospitality including hotel and club verticals across country. He has worked with reputed hotel brands such as Jaypee Hotels, Kamats (VITS), Sarovar Hotels, Spree Hotels, Five Elements Hotels while building relationships with prominent developers like DLF, Ireo and Emaar, heading and managing their premium clubhouses. As Vice President – Operations with Trevon Hotels & Resort, Rohit is responsible for decision making in profitable and sustainable growth plans of every hotel. He oversees all operational activities and closely handles business advancement.

Ram Avtar Yadav, AVP – Finance at Trevon Hotels & Resorts, brings over 19 years of expertise in hospitality finance and corporate accounting. An MBA in Finance, he has held key roles at leading organizations including Five Elements Hotels, Spree Hotels, Ansal Group, and Mankind Pharma. Specializing in hotel pre-openings, acquisitions, budgeting, and compliance, he plays a pivotal role in shaping Trevon’s financial foundation, driving profitability, efficiency, and long-term value creation across all projects.
